The Bournemouth Leadership Programme has been designed to give you an enriching and immersive experience. The course provides an in-depth theoretical and practical understanding of key ministry areas, all designed to build leadership skills.

Over the Programme, our Line Managers combine specific ministerial knowledge with individual and group mentorship to develop your ability, experience, and understanding of church ministry. They are also on hand to constructively reflect and provide feedback, shaping and developing your leadership. 

Through experienced teaching, you will gain an understanding of your ministry pathway and gain invaluable practical interaction. Bible study, personal development, and group discussion are used to reflect and review the material, providing you with the chance to gain greater understanding of the themes covered. You will have the opportunity to shape and deliver key events in the LOVECHURCH calendar. Alongside this, we encourage you to deepen your connections with our church community, providing the opportunity for fellowship and really making you feel at home.

As a culmination of learning, serving, and doing life together, you will also have the opportunity to embark on an international mission trip to Uganda, partnering with LOVECHURCH and the Namuwongo Community Foundation. This trip will give you the chance to put your experience and development into practice in an entirely new context. It gives time to clarify your faith and calling before moving into the next stage of life.
