Spear
This Christmas, we’re excited to partner with Spear Bournemouth — an award-winning programme transforming the lives of young people across our community. Together, we’re helping 16–24 year olds overcome challenges, build confidence, and step into their future with hope.
Since launching in 2021, Spear Bournemouth has been equipping local young people for work and education, part of a national movement that’s supported more than 6,500 young adults, with 75% going on to long-term employment.
