What is included in the ticket price?
Included in your ticket price is:
– A camping pitch for Friday and Saturday night
– Food for the whole weekend.
– Meetings and activities during the days and evening entertainment at night
– Free tea, coffee and cake in the cafe.
Please note: Electric hook ups and lodge or cabin beds are extra to the ticket price.

What do I need to bring?
Tent (if you’re camping)
Roll mats/camping bed/air bed to sleep on
Tent pegs (bring spares!)
Rope/guide rope (for weather proofing tents if windy)
Black bin bags for general waste
Recycling friendly bin bags
Toiletries & towels
Solar powered or electric lanterns – please don’t use gas inside tents!
Where will we camp?
You will be directed by marshals to the camping zone that will be sent to you closer to
Can I camp next to my friends?
Yes you are more than welcome to camp next to friends, you will need to arrive together
if you wish to do so. You will not be permitted to save camping spaces for other people.
What are Lodges and Cabins?
A White Lodge
The lodges are like large portacabins or bunkabins with lighting and electric points.
They have heating, running water, a toilet and bunk beds with a mattress. They are
based on 10 sharing five bunk beds.
The lodges can be split into two separate self contained sections. Five in each section.
A Wooden Cabin
The cabins are more basic and are like insulated sheds but still provide more warmth
and shelter than tents. They have canvas bunkbeds to sleep in but require you to bring
your own bedding and a mattress if you would like one. There is no electricity in the

Will there be transport to the event?
Transport is not provided. Please talk to a member of staff at church if you need
Am I allowed to bring my pet?
No pets are not allowed on site.
Will there be a first aider on site?
Yes. We will have a first aid centre in operation during the day with an out of hours
contact in the night for emergencies.
Is there electricity hook up for caravans?
Yes but there are only a few power points on site. If you would like to enquire about a
hook up, please email [email protected]
Can I charge my phone?
Yes. There are power sockets in the 2 barns that you can use but these are limited.
Is there wifi?
No. There is also limited phone signal depending on your provider.
Is there any children’s work?
Yes of course! We will have a full Love Church Kids setup on both mornings during the
meetings which includes 0-4’s.
Is there any Youth work?
There is a separate room for the youth to gather, hang out and have their meetings. This
will be run by the youth team.
Are there showers?
Yes. There are 5 male and 5 female showers. Additionally there are 4 family/disabled
Can we have BBQs?
Is there Parking onsite?
Parking is only permitted in designated areas and not by tents. You will need to carry kit
to the pitch from the car park. There will be a parking team to direct you on arrival and
the team will also be able to offer assistance with unloading if required.
Can we have open fires?
Not individual ones. There is a fire pit area, which we will be making full use of
throughout the evenings.
Are there any curfews on site?
We cannot have any amplified music or sound between 10pm – 8am.
Where can we play sports and games?
Only in designated, recreational areas, not around tents.
